Serve Your Body Well Because It Serves You

Dear Friends,

"Everybody Can Be Great, Everybody Can Serve. YOU Only Need A Heart Full Of Grace." - Dr.Martin Luther King Jr.

Our Human Body Serves Us All The Time.

The natural functions of the human body are great and that is important, don’t you think? As long as your body is serving you, why not be of service to somebody. Why not try it an see how great you will feel.

All of the cells, tissues, and organs work together 24/7 in harmony and serves the human body well. I am convinced that the human body was divinely designed to do just that for a very long time without missing a beat.

Wake Up And Make Your Dreams Come True!

I don’t know what is going on in the education system nowadays because when I attended high school in the 60’s there was Biology and Physical Education. I still remember how many bones there are in the body and all the systems. I just don’t understand what lifestyles has to do with not understanding how great one’s body really is.

When I talk to people of all age groups and answer their questions about what ever the case may be, I realize that many of them do not know what the digestive system or a healthy diet is.

How many humans know that constipation is a form of indigestion? Would you say that you have a right and responsibility to know what is going on in your body? Would you say that in America, education about anything that one may desire is available, somewhere?

Recently, I read a comment claiming that pain management is below the standard of care and the person was complaining about not being able to convince their health care provider how great the pain was. I thought. Why isn’t that person concerned about the root cause of the pain and correcting it? Why not take charge of the matter? It is that person’s duty and responsibility to be pain free while living in their body.

How May I serve You?

It would be a disservice not to write that "everybody can be sick because they don’t know any better," however, they certainly do not have to suffer once that happens.

Know What You Don't Know.

People used to say, what you don't know can't hurt you. Well I am convinced that what you don't know can kill you.
