Study: A Likely Carcinogen Widespread
According to the CDC Teflon-related chemical found in almost everyone's blood, may be linked to infant health.
The chemical, perfluorooctanoic acid, is associated with the manufacture and use of Teflon and other moisture-resistant products. It is commonly known as PFOA. Microwave popcorn bags release several hundred times as much of the chemical as does cookware that has been coated with substances like Teflon.
Evidence of PFOA's presence in 100% of fetal cord blood samples analyzed by CDC and John Hopkins University toxicologist was reported last month.
The John Hopkins toxicologist who directed the study has said that is also revealed significant links between levels of PFOA in cord blood and the babies' birth weight, head circumference and other common measurements of newborn health.
The report is among a rash of studies that in the past few months have heightened concerns about the presence of PFOA and several related chemicals in human beings, their food, and the environment. In animals the chemical was associated with liver and pancreatic cancer.

Aren't You Really Excited That We Humans Have Wellness Alternative In Our Everyday Activities Of Daily Living.
A client asked me how to get started using toxic chemical-free personal care products and I will share with you how I take control over what is used in my immediate enviornment everyday.
My very first experience with therapeutic-grade essential oil was the Raindrop Technique incorporated with a full body massage. It speaks for itself.
I researched therapeutic-grade essential oils different schools of thought and read many books. Using Lemon Oil to Clean Grease!
Here is wishing everyone a very happy and prosperous New Millennium. I just wanted to share about Lemon. We have all heard that Lemon oil is great for cleaning and I can certainly vouch for that. We own a duplex and in getting it ready for new renters, I used Lemon oil in the water to clean the cabinets that had a build up of grease. The Lemon cut right through it and made my job a lot easier plus once done the kitchen really smells clean and fresh.We also put Abundance in the paint and Sage in the shampooer for the carpets. It smells and looks wonderful. Sage has long been used by the Native Americans for cleansing a home.

I quit smoking December 31, 2000. I was tired of being a smoker and smelling like an ashtray ... But ... it was also my best friend which comforted me when all went right and wrong in my life. I was frightened of living without my buddies and I was frightened of failing.

Clove oil and Peppermint oil dropped in my mouth (at different times throughout the day) helped with cravings. How To Survive A Campfire Accident And More
Dear Friends,
Hello to all,
I just want to share my personal experience. 3 weeks ago I was at a camp ground and sitting at a campfire. I bent over to pick up something to throw in the fire and a large chunk of burning coal popped out of the fire (about the size of a large marble) and lodged itself behind my ear. It took a moment for me to realize what had happened and to remove it from behind my ear. I was burned very bad on that tender skin and the ear itself. I immediately grabbed my bottle of Lavender Oil and smoothed it on the burned areas. It blistered quickly and in about 15 minutes I put more Lavender Oil on it. Through the next week I put Lavender Oil on it 2 - 3 times a day and in only 1 week all I had left was what looked like a small red mark. I have had burns before, they react quickly on my skin and make a mess for no less than 3 weeks before they even show any signs of healing. Now just 3 weeks later I don't even have a red mark where I was burned.
Thank you essential oils!!!
I also have carpal tunnel and am currently layering Marjoram, Lavender, and Eucalyptus on both of the insides of my lower arms and am feeling a difference. The pain has definitely lessened and I am sure with further applications I will have it totally under control. I just started this treatment 4 days ago. How To Write A Daily Gratitude List
Dear Friends,
I get a lot of inquries on a daily basis concerning things from what is holistic to what is a good remedy for hair loss. To my surprise, I just got one asking me how to write a gratitude list. I thought, why are they asking me that.
Since I am pretty good at serving, I will share.
The purpose of my gratitude list is to instruct my higher self to override all other channels so that my higher self can take over and make my decisions.

First, I give it a title by personalizing it. (My Name) gratitude list. Then I date it. Third, I write it as a numbered list. Then I release it to spirit and sign it.
1. I am a loving child of my creator.
2. I am so grateful to know that I am a vessel, open to receive the light and love of my creator.
3. I am so glad that my business plans are based on sound spiritual principles.
4. I am love. I am loved. I am loving and grateful for loving relationships in all areas of my life.
5. Today is the beginning of the rest of my life.
6. I am divinely guided to the right people, places, situations, and circumstances to move forward in quantum leaps for growth in my spiritual, personal, and business affairs.
7. I am so grateful that I am becoming more organized in all areas of my life.
8. I plan my business practices on the intentions of honesty and integrety so that I may be a magnet and attract unto me like minded humans who want to share and add value to other humans lives.
9. I am so grateful to know how the law of attraction works in all areas of my life today.
10. I am so glad to know that I can work with humans who can appreciate my abilities, desires, principles, goals, and responsibilities when it comes to building wealth.
11. I am so grateful for all of my blessings, seen and unseen.
12. I am open to accept and receive love into my life every moment.
13. I am so glad that I realize that so many humans do not understand spiritual laws...they so not apply and practice the laws of attraction and that is alright. (Non-judgemental)
14. I am so glad that I am becoming more aware and understanding that not all humans can handle the truth and positive ways to grow and develop into successful abundant living right now, and that is OK.
15. I am so glad that I can tell the truth and be responsible for doing so, whether others believe it or not. (To thy own self be true)
16. I am so glad to know that if I want compassion and support from other humans, it is a great thing for me to be compassionate and supporting to other humans, whether they can receive it or not.

I get a lot of inquries on a daily basis concerning things from what is holistic to what is a good remedy for hair loss. To my surprise, I just got one asking me how to write a gratitude list. I thought, why are they asking me that.
Since I am pretty good at serving, I will share.
The purpose of my gratitude list is to instruct my higher self to override all other channels so that my higher self can take over and make my decisions.
Can you handle that?
