Check products against the packing slip to make certain there are no discrepancies. Failure to notify Young Living of any shipping discrepancies or damage within (5) business days of receipt of shipment will forfeit your right to request a correction.

Young Living rserves the right to review each return of exchange on a case by case basis.

Return Policy: 30 days money back guarantee (less shipping charges) on sealed products. Returns made within 90 days are eglible for a product exchange or credit towards a future purchase. All distributors returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, including Autoship orders. Literature, business and training aids, and promotional items may not be returned for reimbursement.


Before making a return, it is necessary to contact Distributor Network Services for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The RMA# must be displayed on the outside of the return package(s). Young Living cannot accept any returns without an RMA#.

Damaged products must be return within 90 days of purchase to qualify for an exchange.
