Therapeutic-Grade Essential Massage Oil Supports "Dragon Time"
Dear Friends,
You may or may not know how it can be at that particular time of month. Things set you off that normally wouldn't bother you. You're stressed, in pain, bloated and generally unhappy with the state of the world. Some women refer to that as "dragon time."
Good Health - Good Scents have the perfect antidote to dragon time: Dragon Time Massage Oil, Item# 3757. Made with a special blend of Therapeutic - Grade Essential Oils. Dragon Time Massage Oil is sure to get you feeling better fast.
Therapeutic - Grade Essential Oils included in this massage oil are fennel, clary sage, ylang ylang, sage, jasmine, and lavender oils. Fennel Oil is energizing and balancing and is particularly good for supporting feelings of well-being during the menstrual cycle, as well as stimulating the circulatory and glandular systems of the body.
Clary Sage Therapeutic - Grade Essential Oil contains natural phytoestrogens, making it the perfect oil to use when PMS symptoms strike. It is uplifting, relaxing and will help you have a more stable and healthy attitude when dragon time comes around.
Lavender Oil is one of the most soothing and calming oils around. It's wonderful for helping people get to sleep, and it is also good for the skin. It is useful for cleaning and healing cuts, wounds and other skin irritations.
Sage Oil soothes the senses and supports metabolism. It is beneficial to many parts of the body, including the reproductive system. It is thought to relieve feelings of despair and mental fatigue, and has been used in many cultures to cleanse negative feelings.
In Dragon Time Massage Oil - Item#3757, these Therapeutic - Grade Essential Oils are combined with coconut, grape seed, sweet almond, and olive oil to make a fragrant carrier oil that is great for the skin and for helping you relax.
Dragon Time Massage Oil, Item# 3757 is intended to be used in partner massages, but you can also massage yourself by gently rubbing the massage oil into your lower back or abdomen area. If all else fails, you can also add about half an ounce to a warm bath to give your whole body comfort and relief.
If Dragon Time Massage Oil alone is not sufficient to tame the beast, other dragon time products Dragon Time Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil Blend, Item# 3327, and Dragon Time Bath & Shower Gel, Item# 3739 that should help soothe you and make that time of the month a little easier for you (and those around you) to handle.
Therapeutic - Grade Essential Oils are a wonderful addition to all sorts of products for the body. Not only is this massage oil comforting, it feels good on the skin as its aroma is actually beneficial for improving the symptoms of dragon time. That's better than plain old massage oil any day.

Lemon Therapeutic - Grade Essential Oil, Item# 3578 is strong, clean and purifying. It is a powerful antioxidant, which can help protect the skin from damage. Rosemary leaf extract is also included in this soap, which is great for cleansing and smells wonderful, too. In addition to actually being clean, you will simply feel clean when you have washed with this fragrant soap.
The Therapeutic - Grade Essential Oils in this soap help it to deep clean your skin, and it’s safe to use on your entire body. Use it in the shower to invigorate your whole body, or make hand washing more fun by keeping a bar by the sink. There’s no doubt you’ll feel your spirits lift no matter where or how often you use it.

Testimonials
Dear Friends,
Fungus
Having a fungal infection is not only bothersome, but if left unchecked it can lead to systemic fungal infection in the blood stream. This can then develop into a host of other health challenges.
The fungus generally likes to take up residence on the skin, between toes where it is moist, like in the case of athletes foot. Sometimes it will grow under the nail bed, and I have even seen cases of fungus on the forehead, arms and legs.
It usually starts with a blotchy appearance of white spots on the skin. The texture of the skin then becomes rough and dry. If untreated it will then become scaly, develop sores, and bleed. Most of the time the area is very dry and also itches. But as bad as it sounds and feels, fungus can be cured in a relatively short time, without the use of pharmaceutical medications.
The following program was developed for a gentleman that had systemic fungal infections all over his body, and in his blood. Due to the severity of his fungal infection, this program is very intense.
When Mr. A first came to visit me and showed me the multiple areas of fungal infestation, I’ll have to say it was the worst case I had ever seen. My thought was, I’m so glad that I have access to the best herbs and essential oils available, because this is really bad.
His attitude was a bit skeptical, after all, for thirty years he had tried all the medical community had to offer to no avail. The strongest most potent anti-biotics didn’t even make a dent. I don’t think he really thought natural means would help, but to please his wife, and just incase, he was willing to try anything.
We used the BTA system to get a picture of his overall health, and then after an hour or so of consulting with him, we proceeded to get the oils going. I had him use the therapeutic essential oils of Oregano, Thieves, Melrose, Purification, Abundance, and Lavender, applying several drops of each “neat” to the effected area. He was instructed to repeat this at least twice per day.
Orally he was to put 4-5 drops of oregano oil in juice to drink daily. He took the digestive enzyme formula with meals, and a very potent protease enzyme to cleanse the blood was taken twice daily on an empty stomach.
Just one week later he called to get more oils. He said he was feeling better on the inside and out, and when he returned in 21 days his skin was remarkably better. Several smaller areas have already completely cleared of the sores, and his skin is back to normal in some areas.
Mind you this man has tried everything over the past 30 years to no avail. Using natural therapeutic grade oils, plant enzymes and herbs, we were able to kill the fungus and feed his body the nutrients it needed to get well.
We also used a 3% solution of food grade 35% hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and Epsom salts in the bath to wash the infected area two or three times per week, and for general detoxing.
This man has passed the fungus to his daughter, who is just beginning to show the signs of the infection. She will be following Dad using the same protocol.
Not only is the fungal infection clearing up, but getting rid of a problem that has plagued him for 30 years is giving him a better outlook on life.
You too can have victory over health challenges. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t get the results you want overnight—some challenges take more time than others. Your mental outlook and faithfulness to the program, all generate into results.
P.S. You can not grasp the severity of this man's fungal infection unless you have seen it. Thankfully he is a photographer and has taken photos of his progress.

Find The Fountain of Youth With Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils
Dear Friends,
Plant Origin: Yugoslavia, Corsica
Extraction Method: Steam distilled from flowers
Helichrysum in flower form is usually known as everlasting or immortelle. While those names have to do with the long-lasting nature of the flowers, they could just as well have been talking about the Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil that comes from the plant.
Helichrysum oil is an amazingly useful oil that is thought to help clear up all sorts of skin problems. It seems to be particularly useful for people with eczema or acne, and to reduce or eliminate the appearance of scars.
One of the really amazing things about helichrysum oil is that it can help heal old scars, not just fresh ones. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory and is thought to aid in the regeneration of tissue, which makes it so effective in healing scars and wounds.
This Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil is also helpful for clearing up bumps, bruises and dark circles. Applying a bit of diluted helichrysum oil to the site of an injury has been reported to clear up the skin damage within just a couple of days.
Helichrysum Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil is also thought to be helpful for reducing the discomfort associated with arthritis. It seems to be helpful at reducing inflammation as well as reducing discomfort.
Helichrysum Oil is also notable for its wonderful aroma. It is rather strong, with earthy, herbaceous notes. Some describe it as straw-like, with a fruity scent like walking outside on a clean summer's day.
Just smelling this therapeutic-grade essential oil can boost your mood, energize your body, eliminate feelings of depression and even calm phobias. Helichrysum is a wonderfully versatile oil that not only helps the skin but also supports healthy nerves and good circulation.
Taken internally, Therapeutic-Grade Helichrysum Essential Oil can be used for stomach discomfort. It should always be diluted in rice or soy milk. One drop of oil to four ounces of milk.
Therapeutic-Grade Essential Helichrysum Oil should always be diluted in a carrier oil before use. It can cause skin sensitivity so it should be used with care on the face and other sensitive skin. Women who are pregnant should check with their doctor before using the oil.
As with all therapeutic-grade essential oils, make sure you wash and rinse your hands thoroughly before and after using helichrysum oil, and avoid contact with the eyes.

Clearing The Mind And Body With Hyssop Oil
Dear Friends,
Plant Origin: France, Hungary
Extraction Method: Stem distilled from stems/leaves
Hyssop has been known since Biblical times as a powerful healing agent. It was considered sacred by the ancient Greeks and was used for purifying the body and cleansing sacred spaces before ceremonies took place.
Today, Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil of Hyssop is used to clean the body inside and out. It is thought to be supportive of the immune, digestive and nervous systems, and its effects on the respiratory system and improving breathing have also been studied.
Therapeutic-grade hyssop essential oil is said to bring a feeling of alertness to the person who uses it. Its fresh, woody scent is slightly sweet is invigorating and clarifying. Hyssop oil is thought to be helpful at eliminating feelings of fatigue and anxiety.
It has been reported that Hyssop Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil can improve blood circulation and help improve low blood pressure. It is noted for its ability to ease symptoms of viral infections and respiratory problems such as coughs, sore throats, flu and asthma.
Hyssop oil is also thought to be helpful for colic, flatulence and indigestion and can help with bleeding and fluid retention problems involved with the monthly cycle.
Therapeutic-Grade Essential Hyssop Oil is a good choice for most people to use externally. It should not be used by women who are pregnant or by people suffering from epilepsy because of the component pinocamphone.
As with all essential oils, avoid getting hyssop oil into your eyes and be sure to wash and rinse your hands well before and after use. Hyssop oil usually does not cause skin sensitivities. It is a wonderful addition to massage oils or lotions that are used to ease stress and reduce anxiety.
Hyssop oil may also be helpful in reducing scarring and eliminating signs of bruising, so it is a good therapeutic-grade essential oil to use in a lotion for that purpose as well.
Another wonderful use of Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil of Hyssop is in a steam treatment to help relieve respiratory problems. Just add a couple of drops to a bowl full of steaming water, put your head over the bowl and a towel over your head to seal in the steam. Breathe in the vapors for about 10 minutes and you should feel much better.
Hyssop is famously used in the French liqueur Chartreuse, but its uses go far beyond beverages.

Re: Balancing Your Stressed Body And Mind With Ledum Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil.
Ledum is a therapeutic-grade essential oil that not a lot of people have heard of, but it is anti-inflammatory, anti tumor, antibacterial, acts like a diuretic, and supports the liver.
The strongly aromatic herb, was used by native people of Eastern Canada for tea, as a general tonic, and treated a variety of kidney related problems. North American native people used Ledum herb against scurvy for more than 5,000 years. Other native people used it for fevers and colds.
The Ledum herb is also known as Labrador tea or Greenland moss. It is powerful, not often used by beginners, but it could be very helpful as a general tonic.
When taken in a tea, Ledum Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil can calm the stomach, and it's also good for relieving feelings of nervousness. It is calming and has been used as a way to let out pent up emotions, as well as reducing insomnia. It is good for the digestive system and supports the health of the liver.
It is also a good oil to use for helping the respiratory system, bringing comfort to cold and flu symptoms including sore throat, nausea, aches and pains, coughs and congestion.
Using Ledum Oil in a diffuser is said to help boost the immune system. It is thought that therapeutic-grade essential oil of Ledum is particularly helpful during the recuperation process to rebuild the immune system after an illness. This is a more valuable use of Ledum Oil than taking it while you are sick.
Ledum Oil is wonderful for detoxification of the body as well, especially the liver and kidneys. It is also thought to be helpful for the thyroid. Ledum Therapeutic- Grade Essential Oil has been used to support both hyperthyroid and hypothyroid, because it is useful for bringing the body back into balance, no matter what extreme it is on.
Ledum Oil is most often used topically or in a diffuser, but it can also be taken internally at a rate of two drops a day in vegetable caps. This is the preferred dosage for immune system support.
Always check with a naturopath or health care professional before taking therapeutic-grade essential Ledum Oil internally, especially if you are pregnant or under the care of a doctor.
It shouldn't be used on infants or small children and should be kept out of their reach. When used externally, it should be diluted with a quality vegetable oil, especially when used on areas of sensitive skin such as the face and neck.
Because of its strong smell, it's a wonderful idea to mix therapeutic-grade essential oil with another, nicer smelling oil. Peppermint oil, for instance, would be a good choice because of the smell and because its properties are similar for calming the stomach.
Ledum Oil is truly a support – all, and is a wonderful tonic for all sorts of ailments, obesity, and water retention, so it's a great choice for your natural medicine cabinet.
Always wash and rinse your hands thoroughly, before and after the use of therapeutic-grade essential oils, and also avoid contact with your eyes.

How To Boost Your Creativity
Tsuga Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil Could Very Well Boost Your Creativity.
Plant Origin: Canada
Extraction Method: Steam distilled
Tsuga Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil is very powerful for cleaning out your system. Whether you have a cut or scrape, fungus or intestinal parasites, Tsuga Oil is an invaluable resource.
Tsuga Oil is derived from the needles and twigs of conifer trees, commercially known as hemlock. The bark of these trees was traditionally used by native Americans in healing poultices, and the same idea applies to using the Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil.
It's a wonderful example of how the healing wisdom of older civilizations still serves us well today and that the old ways have been passed down for a reason. So much has been ignored and misunderstood.
Using Tsuga Oil externally is a good way to clean and heal cuts and sores. It must be diluted before use by putting a drop or two into a carrier oil, such as olive oil. It has a fresh, clean scent like the forest so you will enjoy using it.
Therapeutic-Grade Essential Tsuga Oil is also helpful for creating an unfriendly environment for fungus, candida and intestinal parasites. It is wonderful for the respiratory system when the scent is inhaled and is invaluable for the treatment or bronchitis. It is also good for people with asthma, especially those who are using steroids to control their conditions.
Tsuga Oil is uplifting, awakes the mind and gives a feeling of contentment and peace to those who smell it. In addition it is thought to relieve exhaustion and fatigue.
Other uses for Therapeutic-Grade Essential Tsuga Oil include calming excessive thyroid function and easing spasms of the solar plexus.
Tsuga Therapeutic - Grade Essential Oil not only cleans you up inside and out, it can also help clear your mind. This oil is thought to help people come up with new ideas, be more creative, and to help them study and learn. It's also thought of as a purifying herb, probably because of its uses for eliminating fungus and healing external sores.
Tsuga Oil can be irritating to sensitive skin and should not be used by women who are pregnant or on small children.
Always wash and rinse your hands thoroughly, before and after the use of therapeutic-grade essential oils, also avoid contact with your eyes.

Someone Touched My Heart Today
Dear Friends,
It Is A Great Amazement, Sometimes, How Life Flows...
Today, I received some interesting email information and it was just what I had been wanting to share. That is how someone touched my heart today. This is such great information for those who desire, value, and enjoy optimal health. Today I share...
SOME HISTORY OF ESSENTIAL OILS
According to the translation of ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics and Chinese manuscripts, priests and physicians were using essential oils thousands of years before the time of Christ.
They were man’s first medicines. The Egyptians were the first to discover the potential of fragrance. They created various fragrances for use in rituals and ceremonies, and for use as medicines. The ancient art of distillation dates back several thousand years before the time of Christ. In 1922, when King Tutankhamen's tomb was opened, 350 liters of well-preserved oils were found in alabaster jars. There are some 188 references to oils in the Bible. Some precious oils, such as frankincense, myrrh, rosemary, hyssop and spikenard, were used for anointing and healing of the sick. Biblical prophets recognized the use of essential oils as a protection for their bodies against the ravages of disease. The three wise men brought the Oils of Frankincense and Myrrh to the Christ Child. Clinical research now shows that Frankincense Oil contains very high immuno-stimulating properties.
During the Black Plague of the 16th century, a small band of rogues were caught in the act of theft and brought before the king, who forced them to divulge a most curious secret. The thieves were all from a family of apothecaries. They had been entering the homes of plague victims and stripping the dead bodies of anything of value that could be found. Although the plague was highly contagious, not one of these ever contracted the dread disease, even though their thefts had put them in constant daily contact with the dead bodies of their victims. The thieves were familiar with a combination of specific plant oils that, when rubbed over their bodies, would protect them from contracting this feared and deadly plague. The Thieves blend from Young Living was re-created from the documentation of the extraordinary case.
In another example from history, virtually the entire town of Bucklers Bury, England was spared from the plague, even while residents of other towns in close proximity were dying in droves. This fortunate town was the center of European Lavender trade.
This is not a new science. It’s a science and an art form that is being rediscovered in modern times.Europe, Especially France, England, Germany and Switzerland Use Essential Oils in Medical Applications. Hospitals and doctors use them to treat patients.
What are Essential Oils?
Volatile liquids or resins from plants, shrubs, flowers, trees, roots, bushes and seeds. They are what give plants their characteristic odors, as in the fragrance of pine or a rose.Essential oils are literally the life force of the plant. The powerful chemical properties of the plant is what gives it the ability to repair structural damage, destroy infections, ward off infestations, and promote healthy growth. Essential oils and blood are almost identical in function and purpose.--Blood is there to nurture and feed the cells of the body.--Essential oils are there to feed and nurture the cells of the plant.--Both cleanse a cut or tear.--Both fight off harmful microorganisms--Both provide nutrients and oxygen for cell regeneration.
How Therapeutic – Grade Essential Oils transform on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels:
Olfactory: Odor molecules travel to the top of the nasal cavity and fit like puzzle pieces into specific receptor cells on the cilia. The cilia are little bundles of six to eight tiny hairs that extend from each of about 10 million olfactory nerve cells. These millions of nerve cells (that are replaced every twenty-eight days) make up a membrane that is known as the olfactory epithelium. The epithelium serves to transfer electric impulses from the cilia to the olfactory bulb, which it covers. The olfactory bulb, in turn, sends those impulses along to the amygdala (which is responsible for storing and releasing emotional trauma) and further on to the limbic system of the brain. Because the limbic system is directly connected to those parts of the brain that control heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, memory, stress levels, and hormone balance, essential oils can have some very profound physiological and psychological effects.
Frequency: What is frequency and how does it pertain to essential oils? Frequency is a measurable rate of electrical energy that is constant between any two points. Everything has an electrical frequency. Bruce Tainio of Tainio Technology in Cheny, Washington, developed new equipment to measure the bio-frequency of humans and foods. The frequencies of essential oils are harmonious with the electrical field of the body. Essential Oils raise the frequency of the body, which allows the body to heal itself. This is known as vibrational medicine.
The benefits of pure therapeutic essential oils:
Essential oils are the regenerating, oxygenating, and immune defense properties of plants.oils are so small in molecular size that they can quickly penetrate the tissues of the skin.Essential oils are lipid soluble and are capable of penetrating cell walls, even if they have hardened because of an oxygen deficiency. In fact, essential oils can affect every cell of the human body within 20 minutes and are then metabolized like other nutrients.
Essential oils contain oxygen molecules, which help to transport nutrients to the starving human cells. Because a nutritional deficiency is an oxygen deficiency, disease begins when the cells lack the oxygen for proper nutrient assimilation. By providing the needed oxygen, essential oils also work to stimulate the immune system.
Essential oils are very powerful antioxidants. Antioxidants create an unfriendly environment for free radicals. They prevent all mutations, work as free radical scavengers, prevent fungus, and prevent oxidation in the cells.
Essential oils are may help to reduce and eliminate bacteria, fungus, infections, microbes, parasites, viruses and growths. Essential oils have been shown to destroy all tested bacteria and viruses simultaneously restoring balance to the body.
Essential oils may detoxify the cells and blood in the body.Essential oils containing sesquiterpenes have the ability to pass the blood-brain barrier, as was discovered through research in Austria and Germany.Essential oils are aromatic.
When diffused, they provide air purification by:
--Removing metallic particles and toxins from the air.
--Increasing atmospheric oxygen.
--Increasing ozone and negative ions in the area, which inhibit bacterial growth.
--Destroying odors from mold, cigarettes and animals.
--Filling the air with a fresh, aromatic scent.
--Essential oils help promote emotional, physical and spiritual healing.
Essential oils have a bio-electrical frequency that is several times greater than the frequency of herbs, food and even the human body. Clinical research has shown that essential oils can quickly raise the frequency of the human body, restoring it to its normal, healthy level.
Purity and quality--not all essential oils are equal:
97% of essential oils are produced for industrial use.
According to Flora Research, a major international essential oil testing laboratory, many so-called “essential oils” on the market are either synthetic, adulterated or improperly distilled. Jean Valnet, MD, a pioneer in essential oils research, also warned, “Essential oils are often adulterated with alcohol, fixed oils, essential oils of less value and certain synthetic esthers.”
Why?
Because of economics.
Example: Much of the oil sold as lavender is a actually a hybrid called lavendin, which yields more but doesn’t have the same therapeutic properties as true lavender. This hybrid is often cut with synthetic linalol acetate to amplify the fragrance, and then adulterated with propylene glycol, an odorless solvent to expand volume.
What to look for in a pure, therapeutic essential oil:
Organically grown--no pesticides.Soil enriched with enzymes, trace minerals and organic bio-solids.
Steam distilled with low heat and low pressure.
Precise timing for each plant in the distiller (some plants need 24 hours in the distiller; others only need 2 hours (see chart) to get all the constituents out.
Plants harvested at the correct time of day (each plant is unique) to get the fullest properties of the plant.Grow only authentic species, not hybrids.
Use independent testing for quality control.
Every batch of oil at Young Living is independently tested at Flora Research, and sometimes in labs in France and England as well.
Each batch is guaranteed not only for purity, but also for the highest quality to assure therapeutic value.
How to use the oils:
Essential oils are easy to use. You don’t need to be an expert.
Cold diffusing produces a fine aroma mist for inhaling and an air purifier
Apply them “neat” (undiluted) on location.Apply them via Massage.
Apply on the feet. The reflex points on the feet reflect the entire body. All the nerve endings are in the feet.
Baths. It’s recommended to use the bath gel base to help disperse the essential oils into the water.

What Is A Therapeutic- Grade Essential Oil?
What Is Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil?
One of the factors that determines the purity of an oil is its chemical constituents or properties. These constituents can be affected by a vast number of variables, including: the part(s) of the plant from which the oils was produced, soil condition, fertilizer (organic or chemical), geographical region, climate, altitude, harvesting methods, and distillation processes.
For example common thyme (Thymus Vulgaris) produces several different chemo types )biochemically unique variants within one species), depending on the conditions of its growth, climate, and altitude. One chemo type of thyme will yield an essential oil with high levels of thymol, depending on the time of year it is distilled. The later it is distilled in the growing season (mid summer or fall). The more thymol the oil will contain. The action Thymol has is that it is highly antimicrobial, antifungal, antiviral, uterine tonic, cardiotonic.
The key to producing a Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil is to preserve as many of the delicate aromatic compounds within the essential oil as possible. Fragile aromatic chemicals are easily destroyed by high temperature and pressure as well as contact with chemically reactive metals, such as copper or aluminum.
This is why all Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil should be distilled in stainless steel cooking chambers at a low pressure and low temperature.
This is one of the reason I am letting you know why it is so important to know that there is a difference in Pure Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils and other grades of essential oils. Why when someone who may use lavender for instance, does not get the disired effect they thought they would get, and call it snake oil. It's because it is inferior, the molecules have been fractored making it a low grade oil.
In distilling essential oil, it is not just a job, it is an ART. The operator of the distiller must have a full understanding of the value of the oil in order to produce the highest quality of oil. Oils that are subjected to high heat and pressure have a distinctly simpler and inferior profile of chemical constituents, since excessive heat and temperature fractures and breaks down many of the delicate aromatic compounds within the oil--some of which are responsible for its therapeutic action can make it useless and can be harmful. When that happens then you no longer have therapeutic-grade essential oil. Also the length of time in distilling is very crucial.
For instance:
Cypress: takes 2000 lbs. to get 1 lb of oil, distilled at 0 pressure and 2200 degrees, when finished it contains 280 aromatic compounds.
If it is distilled for 20 hours you only get 20 of the 280 properties.
If distilled for 26 hours you get 0 properties.
The correct length of time for distilling Cypress is 24 hours, which gives you the full 280 aromatic compounds.
Most distillers distill Cypress for only 3 1/2 hours. So are you going to get any value out of that Cypress? No your not! That is why it is important to know the difference between pure Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil vs other oils. They can say they are pure, which they have the right, if there is one drop of pure oil in the bottle. But most of the time when you ask how it was distilled they can not tell you.

How Important Is Relaxinon To You?
Dear Friends,
Relaxation With Ylang Ylang Therapeutic-Grade Essentail Oil!
Ylang Ylang is a wonderful therapeutic-grade essential oil to use to bring about a sense of calm and relaxation. It can be helpful for reducing feelings of tension, anger and irritability.
It might even make you feel a little bit more romantic. The sweet-smelling flowers have long been used in Indonesia to decorate a new couple's marriage bed. Ylang Ylang Oil is often used in men's colognes for a different floral fragrance than rose, which is commonly used in women's perfumes.
Ylang Ylang can be used as a therapeutic-grade essential oil topically or internally. It usually does not need to be diluted when used externally, as it will only cause irritation to those with very sensitive skin, and is actually helpful for treating skin irritation. When taken internally, a drop should be added to four ounces of liquid such as rice or soy milk before consuming.
Ylang Ylang Oil is a great treatment for stress and is wonderful to combine with other stress-reducing therapeutic-grade essential oils, like lavender to create a soothing massage oil. Even if you don't have someone around who can give you a massage, you can rub the oil into your hands or temples and neck to receive the peaceful effects of the oil.
Another good external use of Ylang Ylang Oil is as a hair treatment. Using Ylang Ylang to produce more luxuriant, shiny hair has been popular in Asia for a long time. The oil can be applied directly to the hair or added to an oil that is massaged into the hair, allowed to sit for a while and then rinsed off.
You can also add a drop to your hair brush before brushing your hair to get the benefits all the time. Some people say that Ylang Ylang may also be helpful in growing hair or treating dandruff.
Taken internally, Ylang Ylang therapeutic-grade essential oil is said to reduce high blood pressure, calm rapid breathing and rapid heartbeat, and perhaps heal intestinal problems.
Excessive use of Ylang Ylang Oil can cause headaches, but there are few other known side effects of using the oil. It is considered safe for all people over the age of 2.
While using Ylang Ylang therapeutic-grade essential oil to help you relax is probably the most popular use for the oil, it's also a great treatment for your hair and can help calm your body inside and out. It's a great oil to have on hand if you like giving or receiving massages, and is a wonderful drug-free way to bring a little peace and calm into your life.
Always wash your hands before and after the use of therapeutic-grade essential oils and avoid contact with your eyes.

Wellness Plans '07 Friendly Reminder
Dear Friends,
A Friendly Friday Reminder From Good Health - Good Scents Concerning Our '07 Wellness Plans.
Reminder: We Are Exposed To More Toxins, From Water, Food, Stress,, Polluants, People, And Chemicals In One Day Than Most Of Our Grandparents Were In An Entire Lifetime.
Nutrition: The process of nurishing or being nurished. The process by which a living organism assimulates food and uses it for growth and tissue replacement.
So, the truth is, when the body is given the proper nutrients, it can heal iself.
A Strong Immune System Is Vital.
During the late 60's I rendered nursing care services to 12 patients, that I can remember, with the Hong Gong Flu. That was in 1968 to be exact. Until 1998, I never had a cold, or flu, and never took a flu shot.
A Challenged Immune System will let all kind of strangers that pass by get to you and cause all kind of mis-diagnosing issues. When the Health Care Providers can't find what wrong? They call it a Syndrone.
Here are some interesting Nutritional Findings. This could help us to understand what anti-nutrients are.
